Terms of service.

1. Agreement

By booking or using the services of ExitPro Cleaning Specialists (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our services are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under law.

2. Services

We provide residential cleaning services including:

  • Bond / End-of-Lease Cleaning

  • General Residential Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • One-Off and Recurring Cleaning

Services are limited strictly to the agreed scope at the time of booking.

Any additional services requested on-site may incur additional charges.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are based on information provided by the client.

  • If the property condition materially differs from what was disclosed, we reserve the right to adjust pricing before continuing work.

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, heavy staining, pet hair, mould, biohazards, or undisclosed areas.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

An invoice will be issued upon completion of all services.

For private residential clients, payment is due immediately upon completion of the service on the day of attendance.

For approved real estate agencies or commercial clients, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date, as stated on the invoice.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Bank transfer

  • Contactless card payments

Where payment is made via bank transfer, proof of transfer must be provided before our team leaves the property unless prior invoicing terms have been agreed.

Card payments are processed securely via Solo by MYOB and may incur standard processing fees.

Failure to make payment within the required time frame may result in:

  • Suspension of future services

  • Additional administrative or recovery costs

  • Debt recovery action where necessary

ExitPro Cleaning Specialists reserves the right to require full or partial payment upfront for certain bookings at our discretion.

5. Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: no fee.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: up to 50% of quoted fee.

  • Same-day cancellation or denied access: up to 100% of quoted fee.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to new bookings.

6. Access and Utilities

The client must ensure:

  • Safe and unobstructed access to the property.

  • Electricity and running water are connected.

  • The property is safe for work to be performed.

If access is denied or conditions are unsafe, a call-out fee may apply.

7. Personal Belongings

Clients are not required to remove belongings. However:

  • Cleaning will be performed around items left in the property.

  • We are not responsible for cleaning underneath or behind heavy or obstructed areas.

  • Clients are responsible for securing high-value, fragile, sentimental, or electronic items prior to service.

We reserve the right to decline moving heavy, unstable, or high-risk items.

8. Bond Clean Revisit Policy

ExitPro Cleaning Specialists does not guarantee bond return, as bond decisions are made by property managers and landlords.

If cleaning-related issues within our original agreed scope are identified in writing within 72 hours of service completion, we will return once to rectify those specific items at no additional charge.

Conditions:

  • The property must remain vacant.

  • Electricity and water must remain connected.

  • The concern must relate strictly to cleaning, not damage or wear and tear.

This is a one-time re-attendance only and does not entitle the client to refunds or compensation.

9. Photography and Documentation

We take time-stamped before-and-after photographs for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

This may include:

  • General condition of rooms

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Scratches, dents, marks, or deterioration

  • Appliances and fixtures

  • Visible condition of electronics and high-value items

Photographs may be relied upon in the event of a dispute.

Images are used solely for documentation and will not be used for marketing without written consent.

10. Liability

We provide services with due care and skill as required under Australian Consumer Law.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Deterioration due to age

  • Faulty or unstable fixtures

  • Hidden or latent defects

Clients must notify us of known damage prior to service.

Any damage claim must:

  • Be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion

  • Include clear photographic evidence

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service.

11. Completion Acknowledgement

The service is considered complete once the team has performed all tasks as agreed.

12. Health and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or cease work where:

  • The environment is unsafe

  • Hazardous materials are present

  • There is aggressive or inappropriate behaviour

13. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before commencing formal legal proceedings.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to new bookings.
